Getting there by car

From East and North: Follow A944 west of Aberdeen through Alford and Kildrummy as far as Glenkindie. After the Glenkindie Arms, turn left then right, go through Towie, then on a further 3 miles. At crossroads with A97 go straight across.* Take next left, signposted for Ardgeith Fishings.** Follow road to end, approx 2.5 miles, past End of Public Road sign. Track goes across field to cottage, on the hillside to the right.

From South: Follow A97 through Logie Coldstone, on a further 5 miles then turn sharp left at crossroads etc. (see above*)

From West: Follow A944 through Bellabeg, then 1.5 miles on take right turn through Heughhead, travel a further mile and then take right turn for Ardgeith Fishings etc. (see above **)

Nearest Airport: Aberdeen

It would be advisable to use car transport to transfer to Craigiedows due to the rural location of the cottage.
